Inspiring Story

So I found this article on yahoo about a girl named Balpreet Kaur who was made fun of for following he Sikh religion. She is a very strict follower so she is forbidden to alter her body in anyway which means not removing hair from her body and face. Someone took a photo and posted it of her and her facial hair was clearly visible. Instantly many people commented back making rude and inappropriate comments about her appearance. She was brave enough to confront them in a peaceful way instead of causing a ruckus. She informed them about her religion and why she doesn't want to alter her body even if that is what people believe she should do because that is what all other girls do. She is a truly inspiring person and has become a role model for many by just typing a few words. Long time, No see!

Wow! I haven't written in soooo long! Ok I saw this really amazing camera the other day. It was called Polaroid 300? Yeah it was and it was AMAZING!! I really liked it! I want that! Its like a camera where the picture comes out right after you take it. Its not the kind they used in the 1980's but its more modern and chic and stuff. So, if you guys are lookin for good christmas presents then definitley look for one of those. Another thing that is really cool for girls are like the army combat boots. They are like lace up boots and they are usually black and they go with EVERYTHING from dresses to just jeans and a tee shirt! I am gonna have a picture so you get what I am talking about. So my brother earlier today did the funniest thing. He was writing and my mom was watching. So he kept writing and erasing, writing and erasing and I could tell my mom wasn't thrilled about it. So I went and asked and I saw that the problem was that he kept on writing in all capital letters. So I asked him "Why do you keep doing that?!" and he replied, "I don't know.... I think my CapsLock is on..."!!! LOLOLOLOLOL it was funny. Okay so I really like this song called 'Hello' by Karmin. Its an amazing song! I also like Maroon 5's songs and Neon Trees: Everybody Talks so check those out too! And for tose of you who have heard of the 'IHeartRadio App" you should listen to this station called Q94, like the most awesome station ever! I also Z100 New York so if you have that app then definitley check out those stations! So yeah I know I havent wrote in a long time but my life has been crazy so I will try to write more often so talk to you guys later! BYEEES!!!

Facebook or Google+

#12: Facebook vs. Google+

Hello everyone! I have been having a great summer holiday full of shopping, movies, hanging with friends and of course going to the pool!! I hope all of your vacations have been great also! Today I wanted to talk about.... FACEBOOK. Why is everyone so into it?! Its basically just like Google+ except for it uses it a blue and white color theme. I mean its just a website that you post stuff on and you get friends on there. The same as Google+. You can stay in touch with friends and video chat with up to nine people and watch videos together on Google+. I think Google+ is better because it has individuality and the profile pages are better because no one can post on stuff unless you allow it. I mean I like Facebook a lot but I just like Google+ better. I know a LOT of you guys have Facebook accounts and love it and that's your opinion and I totally get it! So this is my opinion so say what you want and just check out Google+ its a great website and a lot of celebrities and channels and T.V. shows have Google+ Pages also definitely check it out you guys!

Gymnastics... And Other Sports...

#10: More Olympics News

Hello people so I was kinda bummed after the women's gymnastic qualification because Jordyn Wieber DID NOT make it. She was in tears when she left it was terrible. I think she can pull through that mental state and still get Team USA a gold medal for sure. Well Ryan Lochte got only in fourth place which was upsetting because he was in 2nd place up until the last 15 meters where he started to fall behind. I mean I am a HUGE Lochte fan but after that happened yesterday I was a bit upset but that's okay he just needs to brush it off and and focus on whatever is up ahead for him and there is a lot becuase he is very talented and I know he can do it! Tonight Michael Phelps will swim in his signatire event the 200m Butterfly to try and beat the record for most Olympic medals in HISTORY! Any spot in the top three will break that record for him so its a must see event tonight. In beach volley ball for women Misty May Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennigs continue their undefeated streak in the Olympics which I am SO happy about becuase those ladies are amazing! And here is the update on how many medals the top three countries have:

China: 10 Gold, 6 Silver, 3 Bronze = 19
United States: 6 Gold, 7 Silver, 5 Bronze = 18
France: 4 Gold, 1 Silver, 4 Bronze = 9

The Olympics!!

#9: Olympics Updates

The 30 Olympics in London has begun!! The opening ceremony was directed by Danny Boyle best known as the director of the award winning movie Slumdog Millionaire and in my opinion it was AMAZING!! I don't really have a favorite sport that I am looking forward to becuase I like something about them all. Swimming for the United States has been doing great. The biggest surprise in swimming is that Michael Phelps did NOT medal in the 400 IM (individual medley)! That hasn't happened since the Sydney Games when he was only about 14 or 15 years old, but of course Ryan Lochte (MY FAVORITE!) came in first and took home the gold.
In gymnastics I think that Jordan Wieber is an amazing gymnast but I am sad that Shawn Johnson couldn't compete because of her knee :( but the team will still do great. I am watching the opening day of women's gymnastics right now or as they call it the Qualification Round. Gaby Douglas and Jordan Wieber, and  are definitley my favorites on that team but it is a team effort so best of luck to all of them! China is ranking number one in terms of medals followed by United States and then in third is Italy. Here is a chart kinda of what type of medal each of those countries won:

China: 6 Gold, 4 Silver, 2 Bronze                  Total: 12 Medals
United States: 3 Gold, 5 silver, 3 Bronze     Total: 11 Medals
Italy: 2 Gold, 3 Silver, 2 Bronze                     Total: 7 Medals

That's it for now on the Olympics I will have more news updates on here as soon as I can! I hope you guys like how things are going so far in the games!

P.S. Did you guys notice that the font color is in green, yellow, redblue, and black? (A.K.A the colors of the Olympic Rings) hahaha
